The lady was super nice, nails looked great, and I had a nice time. She gave me a comp for dinner which was a seafood Buffett and extremely tasty! I had booked a manicure because the offer had a $35 comp that then wasn't there so I changed it to a cheaper express and had a nice time. Des at the reward desk was outstanding and professional and handled it well. Disappointing but I really had only gone once in the last year so I was surprised the offers were so great. Prairie Band sent me a lot of great offers and I had a day off so I decided why not? When I got there my offers that were in the app were not in their system.
